Outdoor unit A is equipped with compressor 1, four-way switching valve 2, pressure reducer 4, outdoor side heat exchanger 5 and outdoor side blower 8, and indoor unit B is equipped with indoor heat exchanger 3, indoor air temperature sensor 6 and indoor blower 7. The power supplied to the indoor unit B is the mains power supply, and the power is supplied to the outdoor unit A through the wires connecting the indoor and outdoor units. On the side of the outdoor unit A, the power consumption current flowing through the compressor 1 is detected by the current detection device 9 . In addition, in order to measure the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger, the outdoor unit A is provided with a thermistor for temperature detection and a control circuit.
