The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a program version DNA identification string code of a tested terminal and a standard sample DNA string code stored by the program version; obtaining a program version core element and a standard sample core element of the tested terminal by using a reverse algorithm of a string code generation algorithm; comparing each characteristic factor in the core element of the program version of the tested terminal with each characteristic factor in the core element of the standard sample to determine the consistency of the program version of the tested terminal and the standard sample; wherein according to the string code generation algorithm, each characteristic factor reflecting a program version is used as a DNA fragment to carry out combination to determine a core element value corresponding to the program version, and the core element value is processed to obtain a corresponding DNA string code; according to the method, the extracted core elements are converted into DNA recognition string codes, so that the difficulty of cracking and attacking is increased, and meanwhile, the possibility of carrying out data expansion on the core elements in the future is reserved; besides, the feasibility and effectiveness of the management and control mechanism are improved.
