A liquid chromatograph analysis system (1) of the present invention is provided with an analysis flow channel (12) that is connected to one or more liquid feeding pumps (14), and through which a liquid fed by the liquid feeding pumps (14) flows; a sample injection part (4) for injecting a sample into the analysis flow channel (12); a separation column (6) that is provided on the analysis flow channel (12) and is for separating the sample injected into the analysis flow channel (12) into components; a detector (8) that is provided on the analysis flow channel (12) and is for detecting the sample components separated in the separation column (6); a system configuration identification unit (26) that identifies, as a system configuration, the number of the liquid feeding pumps (14) connected to the analysis flow channel (12) and the connection structure thereof; a condition holding unit (18) that holds the conditions which are for detecting a liquid feeding failure in the liquid feeding pumps (14) and which are previously set for respective types of system configurations; a condition determination unit (20) configured to determine, from among the conditions held by the condition holding unit (18), a condition corresponding to the system configuration identified by the system configuration identification unit (26); and a liquid feeding failure detection unit (22) configured to detect a liquid feeding failure in the liquid feeding pumps (14) by using the condition determined by the condition determination unit (20).
