The oligosaccharide in the composition promotes intestinal tract movement and effective colonization of probiotics in intestinal tracts, inhibits growth of putrefying bacteria and reduces formation of toxic fermentation products. The probiotics produce a large amount of short-chain fatty acid by fermenting oligosaccharide, stimulate intestinal tract movement, increase the wettability of excrement, maintain osmotic pressure and prevent constipation; and the probiotics can also inhibit synthesis of cholesterol and promote excretion of cholesterol, and meanwhile, the purposes of relaxing bowel and reducing cholesterol are achieved.
