The marine diesel engine exhaust valve comprises an exhaust valve shell, an exhaust valve seat, an exhaust valve rod, a buffering piston and a driving piston, wherein a buffering cavity cover is fixed at the upper end of the exhaust valve shell; the exhaust valve seat is located below the exhaust valve shell; the buffering piston, the driving piston and the exhaust valve rod are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the buffering piston and the driving piston are located in the exhaust valve shell; the exhaust valve rod extends out of the exhaust valve shell; an exhaust valve disc at the end of the exhaust valve rod is matched with the exhaust valve seat; a shell protrusion is arranged on the upper part in the exhaust valve shell; and a resetting device is mounted on the lower part in the exhaust valve shell.
