Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of computer vision, in particular to a structural part welding seam detection method based on computer vision. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring assembled structural part images, and identifying a target image with a welding seam in the structural part images by using a neural network; according to the neural network corresponding to the target image, obtaining a class activation graph of the target image with the welding seam as a sensitive area; carrying out threshold segmentation on the gray level image of the class activation graph to obtain a minimum enclosing rectangle of the welding seam; augmenting the minimum enclosing rectangle to obtain a welding seam segmentation area, cutting the welding seam segmentation area from the target image to serve as a welding seam reference image, and partitioning the welding seam reference image; and obtaining a comprehensive difference between every two pixel points by calculating a color distance, a spatial distance and a class activation difference between every two pixel points in the welding seam reference image, and performing super-pixel segmentation on the welding seam reference image according to the comprehensive difference and the number of the partitions to obtain a welding seam area. According to the embodiment of the invention, the accuracy of superpixel segmentation can be improved.
