Abstract

The invention discloses a clamp for machining a hard alloy broach. The clamp comprises a base, a first reference surface and a second reference surface, wherein the first reference surface and the second reference surface are arranged on the base; a first included angle formed between the length direction of the first reference surface and the horizontal plane is equal to an included angle between the front edge surface of a broach chip containing groove and the vertical end surface of the broach; and a second included angle formed between the width direction of the first reference surface and the horizontal plane is equal to an included angle between the bottom surface of the chip containing groove and the symmetrical center line of the broach, and the composite angle of the chip containing groove is decomposed into two single angles. A third included angle is formed between the first reference surface and the second reference surface, the broach is calibrated through the two reference surfaces, so that the position of the chip containing groove is in a vertical state, linear cutting machining is facilitated, the linear cutting machining procedure is simplified, and the machining efficiency is improved.
