Abstract

The invention provides an overmodulation method and system of a motor controller. The overmodulation method comprises the following steps: acquiring a torque-rotating speed relation schematic diagram of the motor controller; based on a power assembly system composed of a motor controller and a motor, calibrating a first efficiency map of the power assembly system during normal operation and a second efficiency map of the power assembly system during over-modulation operation within a full rotation speed range off line in an experimental environment; comparing the first efficiency atlas with the second efficiency atlas by taking the rotating speed of the motor as a horizontal axis, and selecting an operation state with higher efficiency in the first efficiency atlas and the second efficiency atlas under each rotating speed; fitting a torque-rotating speed relation schematic diagram of the power assembly system based on the selected operation state; and based on a torque-rotating speed relation schematic diagram of a power assembly system, performing overmodulation on a motor in a use environment.
