Embodiment 1

[0027] Example 1: Aspirin inhibits mouse endometrial hyperplasia induced by subcutaneous injection of estrogen

[0028] Technical method: Mouse endometrial hyperplasia model induced by subcutaneous injection of estrogen, HE staining

[0029] The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, normal group, estradiol (50 μg / kg) group, aspirin (10 mg / kg) group, progesterone group (10 mg / kg). Estradiol group, progesterone group and aspirin group received subcutaneous injection of estradiol 100μl per day. In addition, aspirin group needed intraperitoneal injection of aspirin; progesterone group received intraperitoneal injection of progesterone daily. Once a day, 100 μl each time, the control group was given the same amount of solvent. After 21 days of drug treatment, the experimental animals were finally euthanized, and their uteri were photographed and weighed, then fixed, dehydrated and embedded into sections, and HE staining was performed to observe the hyperplasia of endometrium t...

Embodiment 2

[0030] Example 2: Aspirin inhibits endometrial hyperplasia in cynomolgus monkeys induced by subcutaneous injection of estrogen

[0031] Technical method: Mouse endometrial hyperplasia model induced by subcutaneous injection of estrogen, HE staining

[0032] Crab-eating monkeys, 4 years old, were raised in an SPF animal room at 21±2°C, free to drink and eat, and alternate day and night for 12 hours. The cynomolgus monkeys were randomly divided into 3 groups, control group, estrogen (64μg / kg) group and aspirin (3.2mg / kg) group. Estrogen group and aspirin group received subcutaneous injection of estrogen 500 μL per day. In addition, aspirin group received intraperitoneal injection of aspirin, once a day, 4 mL each time. The control group was given the same amount of solvent. After 5 weeks of drug treatment, ultrasonic examination was performed on the experimental animals every week. Finally, the experimental animals were euthanized, and the uterus was taken for fixed dehydration...

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel application of aspirin, and particularly relates to an application of aspirin in preparation of a medicine for treating endometrial hyperplasia. Aiming at a disease model of endometrial hyperplasia induced by estrogen, the aspirin can effectively inhibit the endometrial thickness of cynomolgus monkeys and mice. The aspirin can remarkably improve the symptoms of endometrial hyperplasia of mice and crab-eating monkeys, so that the aspirin can be applied to treatment of endometrial hyperplasia, and new application of the aspirin is added clinically.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new application of aspirin, in particular to the application of aspirin in the preparation of medicines for treating endometrium hyperplasia. 2. Background technology [0002] Endometrial hyperplasia (endometrial hyperplasia) refers to endometrial hyperplasia and / or endometrial hyperplasia with increased proportion of glandular stroma. It is a common gynecological disease with a certain tendency to become cancerous. Estrogen stimulation without progesterone antagonism is associated. Clinical endometrial hyperplasia is more common in perimenopausal women, and its incidence has also increased significantly in young women of reproductive age in recent years. The main clinical manifestations of endometrial hyperplasia are abnormal uterine bleeding (abnormal uterine bleeding), such as prolonged menstruation, menorrhagia, intermenstrual bleeding, and postmenopausal bleeding. Bleeding time and volume may be complicated by anemia...
