Problems solved by technology

At present, most of my country's HVAC systems are in low-efficiency operation state, resulting in low operation efficiency and serious energy waste
There are many reasons for this phenomenon. Since the central air-conditioning unit operates under partial load most of the time, this leads to the operation state of large flow and small temperature difference in most central air-conditioning refrigeration systems, which cannot keep the air conditioner at The best running state causes a huge loss of energy; and in terms of control, the main engine and some terminal devices of the central air conditioner have automatic control devices, but the level of automatic control is low. When the external influencing factors change, due to the adjustment of the control system Time is too slow and energy is wasted

Abstract

The invention discloses an active disturbance rejection control system for static optimization of a central air-conditioning refrigeration station. An air-conditioning load prediction unit is used for carrying out load prediction through a BP neural network; a central air-conditioning refrigeration station model calculation unit is used for executing one of a single-model modeling mode and a multi-model fusion modeling mode; a system working point optimization unit is used for calculating an optimal working point of the system by utilizing an optimization algorithm; and a central control refrigeration station control unit is used for performing tracking control by adopting an active disturbance rejection controller. The invention further discloses an active disturbance rejection control method for static optimization of the central air conditioner refrigeration station. According to the system and the method, the optimal working point, closest to the actual value, of the system is determined by accurately establishing the static model and predicting the cooling load, and the optimal working point of the system is tracked and controlled by adopting the active disturbance rejection controller, so that optimization and energy conservation of the central air-conditioning refrigeration station are realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of automatic control, in particular to an active disturbance rejection control system and method for static optimization of a central air-conditioning refrigeration station. Background technique [0002] At present, there are many large shopping malls, shopping supermarkets, office buildings, etc. distributed in various large and small cities across the country. Large-scale public buildings, as high-energy-consuming buildings that are different from other civil buildings, have naturally become key projects for energy-saving and emission-reduction renovations by environmental protection departments and power departments. In large public buildings, the energy consumption of the central air-conditioning (HVAC) system generally accounts for more than 50% of the energy consumption of the entire building, while the energy consumption of the central air-conditioning refrigeration station accounts for more than 70% of the cen...
