Abstract

A plane level measuring instrument for road and bridge construction is disclosed. The instrument comprises a first fixing plate, a second fixing plate and a lifting plate transversely arranged between the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate, wherein a lens assembly is arranged on the lifting plate; a light source and a light absorption plate are arranged on the inner side face of the first fixing plate and the inner side face of the second fixing plate respectively. The lifting plate is leveled to be parallel to the horizontal plane, so that light emitted by the light source penetrates through the convex lens to be emitted to the central position of the light absorption plate, then the plane level measuring instrument is placed on a to-be-measured road surface, and a stabilizing bolt is screwed to enable a placing plate to be horizontal and fixed on the to-be-measured road surface; a first threaded sleeve is rotated and a gradienter is observed to keep the lifting plate horizontal; then a bottom end supporting contact is adjusted to make contact with the to-be-measured road surface, light emitted by the light source is refracted to a light spot on the light absorption plate through the convex lens to deviate, and then the inclination angle of the road surface is measured after calculation.
