laser tracker is adopted for direct calibration for a large-size non-public
field of view, and a three-dimensional standard part is adopted for
spatial parameter joint optimization for different-plane measurement. The problems that traditional
contact type measurement is poor in flexibility and high in cost, and a fixed
visual system is difficult to adapt to a large
base line and a complex space relation are solved, and efficient and universal measurement of the size and form and location tolerance of a complex workpiece is finally achieved while high precision is guaranteed.
