The refrigerant flow distribution control method comprises the following steps: S1, calculating a first required refrigerant flow in a battery cooling flow path according to a water inlet temperature, a target water outlet temperature and a cooling water flow of a battery cooling loop, and calculating second required refrigerant flow in the flow path of an air conditioner evaporator according to sunlight intensity and environment temperature; S2, calculating flow path flow resistance after self-adaptive control of a thermostatic expansion valve according to the second required refrigerant flow, wherein according to the pressure balance principle, the flow resistance of the flow path is equal to the flow resistance of the battery cooling flow path under the first required refrigerant flow; and S3, calculating an electronic expansion valve step number, which is needed to be controlled, of the electronic expansion valve according to the flow resistance of the flow path, and adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to the electronic expansion valve step number.
