Abstract

The invention discloses a vehicle heat management system based on positive and negative electric cards and a control method thereof. Heat transfer fluid is driven by a circulating pump to flow through a positive electric card, a negative electric card, a high-temperature heat exchanger and a low-temperature heat exchanger through pipelines. The method is composed of outer circulation and inner circulation, and the two layers of circulation are synchronously and reversely carried out. In a refrigeration mode, an electric field is applied, normal-temperature fluid firstly passes through the positive electricity card and absorbs heat to become high-temperature fluid, and then the high-temperature heat exchanger exchanges heat to become normal-temperature fluid; and after the electric field is removed, low-temperature fluid is formed through the negative electric card and heat release, and normal-temperature fluid is formed by absorbing heat from the low-temperature heat exchanger. In a heating mode, an electric field is applied, normal-temperature fluid firstly passes through the negative electric card and releases heat to become low-temperature fluid, and then the low-temperature fluid exchanges heat with the low-temperature heat exchanger to become normal-temperature fluid; after the electric field is removed, high-temperature fluid is formed through the positive electricity card and absorbs heat, and normal-temperature fluid is formed by releasing heat to the high-temperature heat exchanger.
