Embodiment 1

[0030] Embodiment 1, taking the cinnabar tobacco leaves of Malong District, Qujing City, Yunnan Province as an example.

[0031] 1. Harvest fresh tobacco leaves from cinnabar tobacco in Malong area, Qujing City, Yunnan Province.

[0032] 2. The harvested fresh tobacco leaf wrappers are dried and dried in the barn by using needle-piercing hanging rods and the fillers are tied with tobacco leaves in the barn. During the drying process, the temperature and relative humidity in the barn are adjusted to make the changes in the color of the tobacco leaves. There are three stages: yellowing, color fixing, and tendon drying, among which:

[0033] Yellowing stage: hang the harvested tobacco leaves in the barn, seal the skylight and the hole, raise the temperature of the barn to 40°C at a rate of 1°C every 2 hours after ignition, and keep the humidity in the barn at 37%. Maintain this condition for one day until the tobacco leaves are about 80% yellow, only the base of the remaining le...

Embodiment 2

[0048]5. Store the tobacco leaves cured in step 2 in a concentrated manner, adjust the moisture content of the tobacco leaves to 70 wt%, store them at a temperature of 28° C., and a relative air humidity of 50%.

[0049] 6. Test the TSNAs content of the tobacco leaves after storage for 7 days, 14 days and 21 days, and the results are shown in Table 5-7 below.

Abstract

The invention discloses a storage method for inhibiting increase of the TSNAs content in buccal tobacco leaves. The storage method comprises the following conditions: (1) adjusting the water content of dry buccal tobacco leaves to be not lower than 50 wt%; and (2) storing the buccal tobacco leaves in the step (1) under the conditions of specific temperature and specific relative humidity. The increase of the TSNAs content of the buccal tobacco leaves in the storage process is inhibited by optimizing the storage process of the tobacco leaves for the first time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco industry, and in particular relates to a storage process method which is easy to operate and can efficiently suppress the increase of TSNAs content of snus tobacco leaves during storage. Background technique [0002] Tobacco specific N-nitrosamines (TSNAs) are a class of harmful substances present in tobacco, tobacco products and smoke, which pose a great threat to human health. So far, 8 kinds of TSNAs have been isolated and identified, among which 4 kinds of substances with high content are more deeply studied: N-nitrosonornicotine (NNN), 4-(N-methyl-nitrosamine) - 1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK), N-nitrosoanatabine (NAT) and N-nitrosoanabatin (NAB). As early as 1962, the potential carcinogenic effect of TSNAs was reported internationally, which is an important factor leading to the formation of tumors in human lungs, oral cavity, esophagus, stomach, pancreas, liver and other parts. NNN and NNK...
