A collecting device for collecting waste materials is arranged on the workbench; the collecting device comprises a material receiving groove, the material receiving groove is located below a positioning piece, a positioning barrel is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the workbench, a storage barrel communicating with the positioning barrel is fixedly arranged at the top of the workbench, and the end, close to the storage barrel, of the material receiving groove is hinged to the workbench; and the bottom of the workbench is provided with a power assembly for driving the material receiving groove to turn over to push the waste materials into the storage barrel.
