Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides an information processing method and device, network equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: determining a target user set associated with the coverage range of a target cell, wherein the target user set comprises at least one piece of user equipment; determining use behavior data of at least one piece of user equipment in the target user set in a first time range based on historical data, and the use behavior data comprises data of an application program expected to be used by the user equipment within the first time range; determining a predicted traffic demand within the first time range based on the use behavior data of the at least one user equipment; and when it is determined that the predicted traffic demand exceeds a first threshold value, controlling to activate a specific network parameter.
