[0019] A total of 576 patients with AKI who received delayed intermittent renal replacement therapy were included in Shanghai First People's Hospital from 2008 to 2018. According to the survival status of each research object 30 days after the occurrence of AKI, the Logistic regression COX survival analysis, generalized estimating equation model, etc. were used to explore the relationship between serum sodium level and in-hospital survival and prognosis. In multivariate analysis, serum sodium was included in the multivariate logistic regression model. Variables to adjust the influence of confounding factors, establish 3-5 multivariate models, conduct sensitivity analysis and verification, so as to determine a prognosis prediction scoring system based on serum sodium levels in AKI patients.
