A groove is formed in the second high-temperature-resistant substrate, so that a sealed cavity is formed between the first high-temperature-resistant substrate and the second high-temperature-resistant substrate; a first surface acoustic wave temperature sensor and a surface acoustic wave pressure sensor are formed on a first surface, located in the cavity, of the first high-temperature-resistant substrate, and a second surface acoustic wave temperature sensor is formed on a second surface, opposite to the first surface, of the first high-temperature-resistant substrate; and the first surface acoustic wave temperature sensor, the second surface acoustic wave temperature sensor and the surface acoustic wave pressure sensor are electrically connected with one another.
