Abstract

The invention discloses an on-site calibration system for a heat treatment furnace. The on-site calibration system comprises a temperature measuring end, a temperature control end and a main control end, wherein the temperature measuring end measures the temperature value of each detection point in the effective heating area. And the temperature control end controls the thermocouple cold end compensation temperature to keep constant. The main control end controls the temperature measuring end and the temperature control end and sends read data and calibration nodes to the cloud server through the cloud service gateway. The invention further provides a field calibration method for the heat treatment furnace, the temperature control end sets the temperature value of the cold end, after the temperature is stable, the temperature value of each detection point is collected through the measuring end, finally data are processed at the main control end, and the temperature uniformity, the temperature deviation and the furnace temperature fluctuation are calibrated. The wiring complexity of the system is greatly reduced, the functions of the system are enriched, and the automation degree of the whole system is improved.
