Abstract

The invention provides an image optimization method and device based on an OCT system, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that an OCT three-dimensional scanning image of a sample is acquired; according to feedback of the OCT image, the system automatically calculates pose parameters of the mechanical arm when the probe is located at the optimal imaging position; adjusting the actual position and posture of the tail end of the mechanical arm based on the posture parameters, and optimizing the three-dimensional scanning image until an optimized image when the probe is located at the optimal imaging position is obtained; wherein the step of adjusting the actual position of the mechanical arm comprises the step of adjusting the spatial position of the tail end of the mechanical arm and the spatial orientation of the tail end of the mechanical arm. The imaging pose of the probe is optimized by adjusting the pose of the tail end of the mechanical arm, so that automatic imaging at the optimal imaging position is realized, and an optimized image of a scanning image in an OCT system is obtained.
