Abstract

The invention discloses a geometric correction method and apparatus, and a laser projection device. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a to-be-projected image frame sequence; in response to the image processing starting instruction and the image processing ending instruction, adding a correction identifier to an image frame sub-sequence in the image frame sequence within a time range corresponding to the image processing starting instruction and the image processing ending instruction to obtain a processed image frame sub-sequence; projecting the processed image frame sub-sequence to a screen through the host, and in response to an image processing start instruction, triggering a camera to capture a projection area of the laser projection equipment to obtain a shot image corresponding to the processed image frame sub-sequence; and in response to an image processing ending instruction, performing geometric correction on a subsequent to-be-projected original image of the processed image frame sub-sequence based on the position of the correction identifier in the shot image. According to the embodiment of the invention, geometric correction is completed without perception of a user, and user experience is improved.
