Embodiment Construction

[0064] The implementation of the present invention is completed under the support of "Jiangsu University Undergraduate Scientific Research Project (20AB0014)".

[0065] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and example.

[0066] like figure 1 As shown, a fuzzy linear discriminant analysis method for tracing the origin of milk includes the following steps:

[0067] S1. Near-infrared spectrum collection of milk samples: A portable near-infrared spectrometer was used to detect milk samples, and the near-infrared spectrum data of milk from 5 different origins were obtained and stored in the computer.

[0068] Five milk samples from different origins were collected, namely Guangming (Heilongjiang), Mengniu (Henan), Milk Deluxe (Hebei), Yili (Inner Mongolia) and Jindian (Ningxia). Sixty samples of each type of milk were collected, for a total of 300 milk samples. Milk near-infrared spectroscopy data needs to be collected un...

Abstract

The invention discloses a milk producing area tracing method based on fuzzy linear discriminant analysis. The method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting near infrared spectrum data of milk; (2) preprocessing the spectral data by using a least square smoothing filtering algorithm; (3) carrying out dimensionality reduction on milk near infrared spectrum data by utilizing principal component analysis; (4) extracting identification information in the milk near infrared spectrum data by adopting a fuzzy linear discriminant analysis method; and (5) classifying the spectral data by using a K-nearest neighbor classifier. According to the method, the problem that a traditional feature extraction method is not ideal in classification effect when many overlapped data exist in a data set is solved, and the identification information contained in the spectral data can be effectively extracted. The method has the advantages of convenience, high detection speed, high classification precision and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of pattern recognition and artificial intelligence, in particular to a method for tracing the origin of milk based on fuzzy linear discriminant analysis, which is applied to the identification of the origin of milk. Background technique [0002] As a green and healthy drink, milk is widely loved by consumers at home and abroad because it is rich in nutrients and trace elements, such as protein, fat and calcium. In recent years, with the improvement of people's material living standards, consumers have paid more and more attention to the quality of milk. The quality of milk has a lot to do with the environment of its origin. Milk from different origins has different nutrient contents. Therefore, in the current dairy market, there are situations where low-quality milk is sold as high-quality milk. In order to combat this illegal behavior and maintain the fairness of the dairy market, it is necessary to study a fast, a...
