[0020] 5 furnaces of steel ingots such as CD1-CD5 were prepared by using a 50 kg vacuum induction furnace. The specific composition is shown in Table 1. The steel ingot was peeled off and the riser was removed, then the billet forging was carried out, and it was formed by three fires. The heating temperature of the second fire forging is 1100°C, and the heating temperature of the third fire forging is 1050°C, forging into Ф18mm rods. After forging, the bar is firstly annealed: heat at 900°C for 30 minutes, oil quenching, heat at 680°C for 3 hours, and furnace cool. Subsequently, chemical analysis, tensile and impact samples were taken from the bar. Tensile and impact samples were quenched and tempered to measure tensile properties and impact toughness mechanical properties. The chemical composition results are shown in Table 1.
