The image output method includes: an input circuit performs a first photoelectric conversion on incident light during an EVS mode working period and generates a corresponding photocurrent, and during an APS mode working period, performs a second photoelectric conversion on the incident light and generates corresponding light electric charge; during the first photoelectric conversion process, the EVS circuit outputs the corresponding event signal according to the rate of change of the first voltage corresponding to the photocurrent; the APS circuit outputs the corresponding event signal according to the corresponding first photoelectric conversion process during the first photoelectric conversion process.
