Abstract

The invention discloses a mining cold accumulation type heat exchanger based on freezing shaft sinking and a using method. The mining cold accumulation type heat exchanger comprises a cold accumulation tank, and two types of heat exchange rectangular coil pipes (low-temperature saline water and chilled water flow in the heat exchange rectangular coil pipes respectively) and cold accumulation water are arranged in the cold accumulation tank. And the two types of heat exchange rectangular coil pipes are respectively connected in parallel. A heat preservation layer is arranged outside the cold storage tank, and a heat exchanger protection shell is arranged outside the heat preservation layer. The upper end of the heat exchanger protection shell is provided with a low-temperature saline water inlet and outlet and a chilled water inlet and outlet. The low-temperature brine inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger are connected with low-temperature brine from a refrigeration station; and a chilled water inlet and a chilled water outlet of the heat exchanger are connected with chilled water required by a mining air cooler. According to the invention, low-temperature saline water during freezing shaft sinking construction is utilized, and cold storage water in the cold storage tank is taken as a carrier, so that chilled water required by the mining air cooler is indirectly cooled.
