Abstract

The invention discloses a microwave ablation therapeutic apparatus integrating ultrasonic image guidance. The therapeutic apparatus comprises a power supply, an ultrasonic imaging module, a microwave ablation module, a water cooling circulation module, a temperature measurement module, an industrial personal computer, a main control board and a display screen. The instrument is provided with four temperature measuring channels; two paths of 2450MHz solid-state microwave sources are arranged and can be connected with an ablation antenna through a microwave transmission line, so that the basic temperature measurement and ablation functions of the microwave ablation instrument can be realized. In the ablation process, the main control board transmits information such as the actual power of the microwave source, the rotating speed and the rotating direction of the peristaltic pump and the temperature collected by the temperature measuring module to the industrial personal computer in real time, and the information is displayed on a software interface of the display screen. According to the invention, ultrasonic guidance and microwave ablation are integrated into a whole, and the device has great significance for realizing precise treatment of microwave ablation.
