The method comprises the following steps: obtaining distribution related information of each SKU in a warehouse and current operation information of each warehouse-out operation device; inputting the allocation related information into a coding network in a sequence decision model, and inputting coding result information of the allocation related information output by the coding network and current job information into a decoding network in the sequence decision model to obtain an SKU subsequence determined by the decoding network by calculating the ex-warehouse probability of each SKU; and according to the arrangement sequence of each SKU in the SKU sub-sequence, generating a warehouse-out task for performing warehouse-out on each SKU in the SKU sub-sequence.
