The invention provides an urban atmosphere emission list inversion method, system and device and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an initial emission list of urban atmosphere, and building an air quality source analysis model based on a meteorological model; inputting the initial emission list into an air quality source analysis model for simulation so as to obtain PAMS concentration contribution, and combining PAMS emission in the initial emission list so as to obtain a coefficient relationship between the concentration and the emission; pAMS observation concentrations at multiple moments are obtained, and the optimal solution of the PAMS emission is obtained through inversion according to the least square method in combination with the coefficient relation; replacing the optimal solution of the emission amount into the emission list, and repeating the steps to obtain a corresponding PAMS simulation concentration; and when a preset condition is met, iteration is stopped so as to obtain the optimal solution of the final discharge amount of the PAMS.
