The present invention relates to a titanium-containing load type beta zeolite catalyst for preparing gasoline with high octane value by utilizing isobutane and butene to make alkylation reaction. Said invention uses beta-zeolite as mother body and includes the following steps: after convertional dealuminification using TiCl4 steam to make treatment and making titanium effectively loaded in zeolite, then using sulfate to accelerate, roasting so as to obtain the required granules (40-60 meshes). The catalyst prepared by said invented method can obviously raise alkylation reaction activity and selectivity.
