It can be made by using a double-screw extruder or a double-roller kneader through fusion commixing method. On the condition of improving its shock resistance, it realizes the filling of a large amount of CaCO3 and thus can realize the retainment of its performance and reduce the cost. And it can obtain a series of different-toughness composites by regulating the formula (such as CaCO3 content, sort and use level of CaCO3 surface modifier, proportion of CaCO3 to high-molecular modifier, etc.).
