Abstract

The present invention discloses a technique for making artificial fibre pulp by using whole hemp stalk as raw material and utilizing new digestion stock. It is characterized by that said technique includes the following processes: cutting whole hemp stal, them utilizing rubbing, grinding and separating machine to fully mechanically strip and fully separate the whole hemp stalk to obtain the required natural bulk density, and then placing the above-mentioned material into digester to make digestion so as to obtain the invented high-quality artificial fibre pulp.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a technology of using hemp whole stalks as raw materials and using a new material preparation method to manufacture man-made fiber pulp. The stalks are cut first, and then the cut hemp stalks are mechanically stripped and fully separated by a grinding and splitting machine, and then cooked to make man-made fiber pulp. technical background [0002] At present, the raw materials used in the manufacture of man-made fiber pulp are mainly cotton linters, wood, etc., and the raw materials are simply opened or cut before loading, and then directly loaded into the digester for cooking. The main problem - the disadvantages of restricting production and affecting development are becoming more and more apparent: [0003] 1. With the rapid development of the pulping industry, cotton linters and wood as its main raw materials are increasingly unable to meet its needs; and in today's pursuit of environmental protection and protectio...
