Abstract

The invention provides an outer-loop power controlling method on the multi-service condition, including the steps: A. firstly selecting a transmission channel as a reference transmission channel; B. after the outer-loop power control of the reference transmission channel converges, judging the QoSs (quality of service, QoS) of the other services; C. if the QoSs of the other services are near to or superior to the corresponding target values of quality, keeping the reference transmission channel invariant; D. if the QoS of one or many services in the other services is lower than the corresponding target value of quality, selecting the corresponding channel to the service whose gap between actual quality and target quality is the maximum to act as a new reference transmission channel and using the new one for the outer-loop power control, and so circulating until all the QoSs of the other services are near to or superior to the corresponding target values of quality. On the premise of meeting the QoS of each service of the user, the invention can reduce the waste of power resources and raise the system capacity.
