The invention uses a vertical inner wall and a outer wall with thick-thin distribution to form the suction head; while it also comprises a ring base sheathed with bottle cover, a bottom formed by the integration between the suction part and the ring base, and a ventilating valve arranged on the water-sealed ring on the connection part between the ring base and the bottom.
