[0039] The present invention is to provide a white light emitting device with adjustable color temperature, which includes a first light-emitting element, which has a light-emitting layer that is a semiconductor, and emits blue light; in addition, a photoluminescent phosphor is covered on the first light-emitting element , the photoluminescent phosphor completely absorbs the light emitted by the first light-emitting element to emit green light, and the green light is mixed with blue light to form blue light; and by providing a second light-emitting element, which has a light-emitting layer of semiconductor, and emits red light; whereby this red light is mixed with cyan light to form white light. The present invention further utilizes a current adjusting device, which is electrically connected to the second light-emitting element to adjust the amount of current transmitted to the second light-emitting element, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the color temperature.
