Abstract

The present invention provides a service design plan tool for planning the service for user through communication system. The plan tool provides interaction analyzer function and optimizer function. The interaction analyzer function is configured to analyze the interaction between technology aspect and economic aspect designed for the service for user through communication system. The optimizer function is configured to optimize the service design according to the predetermined purpose and based on the data from the interaction analyzer. The service design plan tool has the advantage of executing systematic evaluating to all the correlative problems and thereby allowing the ISP internet to analyze their services and optimize their running.
