Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, in the conventional superheated steam cooker disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-263666, the user cannot understand the accumulation of scale in the steam generating part.
Therefore, there is a problem that the user must always open the cover of the steam generating part and judge the accumulation of scale by direct visual inspection.

Embodiment Construction

[0074] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail through the illustrated embodiments. Fig. 1 is an external perspective view of the steam cooker of the present embodiment. The steam cooker 1 is roughly configured such that an operation panel 11 is provided on the upper part of the front of a rectangular parallelepiped casing 10, and a lower side of the operation panel 11 on the front of the casing 10 is provided with a lower end side as the center to rotate Door 12. Furthermore, a handle 13 is provided on the upper part of the door 12, and a window 14 made of heat-resistant glass is embedded in the door 12.

[0075] Fig. 2 is an external perspective view of a state where the door 12 of the steam cooker 1 is opened. In the housing 10, a heating chamber 20 having a rectangular parallelepiped shape is provided. The heating chamber 20 has an opening 20a on the front side facing the door 12, and the side, bottom, and top surfaces of the heating chamber 20 are forme...

Abstract

A controller monitors water temperature through the water temperature thermistor in a temperature sensor (48) when a water level sensor (43) is detecting the water level in a pot (41). When the water temperature exceeds 110 DEG , the controller makes a decision that the water level thermistor in the water level sensor (43) cannot perform normal detection and drives a pump to supply water. When water supply based on the temperature detected by the water temperature thermistor is carried out more than three times, a decision is made that scale has adhered to the water level sensor (43) and scale cleaning request is notified to the user. When the water level thermistor cannot perform normal detection, a decision is made whether adhesion of scale is the cause or not and scale cleaning request can be notified at an appropriate timing.

Description

[0001] Technical area [0002] The present invention relates to a steam cooker. Background technique [0003] Conventionally, as a superheated steam cooker that uses superheated steam to heat and cook food and other objects to be heated, there is a superheated steam cooker that sends steam into a cooking section (see JP 2001-263666 A). This superheated steam cooker sends the steam generated in the steam generating part outside the cooking part into the cooking part, and is heated by the in-box heating part in the cooking part to generate superheated steam. Furthermore, by providing an openable and closable cover in the steam generating part, it is possible to easily perform the treatment of the scale remaining in the interior by evaporation of water. [0004] However, in the conventional superheated steam cooker shown in JP 2001-263666 A, the user cannot understand the accumulation of scale in the steam generating part. Therefore, there is a problem that the user must always open t...
