Operating table with temperature control function

The operating table with the temperature control function comprises a bed frame, the bed frame at least comprises a head pillow section, a back pillow section and a leg pillow section, each area is provided with a first temperature sensor for monitoring the temperature and a temperature control structure for adjusting the temperature, and each temperature control structure comprises a heating mechanism and a cooling mechanism. The operating table further comprises a control system capable of receiving signals of the first temperature sensors so as to control the corresponding temperature control structures to adjust the temperature. Accurate temperature control can be carried out according to different surgical sites, for example, different surgical requirements that neurosurgery needs head low temperature, abdominal surgery needs trunk constant temperature and the like. Compared with a traditional single global temperature control scheme, the local overheating or supercooling risk is effectively avoided, and the intraoperative complications and the postoperative infection rate are remarkably reduced.

Intraoperative support pillow adaptive adjustment method based on online detection of myoelectric signal fatigue characteristics

PendingCN122320758AMedical equipmentIntraoperative Complication
This invention relates to the field of medical device technology, specifically to an adaptive adjustment method for an intraoperative support pillow based on online detection of fatigue characteristics using electromyography (EMG) signals. The method includes: collecting EMG signals from the patient in their initial resting state, using frequency-domain muscle fatigue characteristics in the resting EMG signals as threshold benchmark data; calculating the patient's longest single-position holding time based on their age, weight, gender, and underlying medical parameters; developing a positioning adjustment plan based on the patient's underlying medical conditions, physical condition, and surgical procedure; collecting EMG signals using sensors on the intraoperative support pillow, monitoring cervical spine posture parameters in real time via a posture measurement unit, preprocessing and extracting features from the EMG signals to detect muscle fatigue characteristics; and adaptively adjusting the intraoperative support pillow based on muscle fatigue characteristics, cervical spine posture parameters, the longest single-position holding time, the surgical stage, and the positioning adjustment plan. This invention reduces the risk of intraoperative complications.
