The method comprises: after the product is put into a corresponding production line for production, obtaining a plurality of historical operation durations of the production line; determining a plurality of target operation durations that meet a preset condition from the plurality of historical operation durations; dividing the plurality of target operation durations according to a process type of each process of the production line at a current time, to obtain a first target operation duration corresponding to each process; for any one process, fitting the first target operation duration of the process by using a preset fitting mode, to obtain a fitting function of the process; determining a second target operation duration of the process according to the fitting function of the process; and determining a process corresponding to a second target operation duration with the largest value as a target process of the product at the current time.
