The invention provides an equipment process intelligent scheduling method and
system based on
workflow and
signal driving, and belongs to the technical field of
industrial software and
process control. Generating an equipment scheduling instruction containing the target equipment identifier, the
process type and the process parameters; analyzing the instruction and judging the real-time availability of the equipment, if the equipment is available, issuing a control instruction and suspending a process instance to a state of waiting for
task completion, and if the equipment is not available, adding the task into a priority waiting
queue and suspending the process instance to a state of waiting for an equipment available
signal; when the equipment is available due to the completion of the preposed task, extracting a
queue head task from the
queue, and sending an equipment available
signal to the corresponding suspended process instance; and after the process instance is recovered, generating and issuing a new control instruction based on the original scheduling instruction to drive the equipment to execute the task.
