salicylanilide, 2-3 parts of 8-
copper quinolinate, 310-400 parts of high-density
polyethylene, 100-130 parts of
sodium hydroxide, 400-420 parts of biaphenol A, 160-180 parts of
epoxy chloropropane, 10-12 parts of
silicon nitride, 2-3 parts of
acrylamide, 1-1.6 parts of
ammonium chloride, 0.05-0.1 part of N,N-
methylene-bisacrylamide, 3-4 parts of
ammonium persulfate, 0.01-0.02 part of TritonX114, 1.8-2 parts of
ammonium hydroxide, 10-20 parts of
diethylenetriamine, 30-42 parts of carbon nano-tubes, 4-5 parts of 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid, 2-3 parts of
calcium propionate, 5-7 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 20-30 parts of isopropanol and 1-3 parts of aluminum
hydroxide. The N-
salicylanilide, the 8-
copper quinolinate, the
calcium propionate and others are blended, in this way, the antibacterial anticorrosive performance of the
coating can be effectively improved, working requirements of different environments are met,
weather resistance is good, and the service life is long.
