The second film layer contains polylactic acid, nano-silica, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, lanthanum stearate, low-density polyethylene and linear low-density polyethylene. The dry farming agricultural district biological fully-degradable material has a double-layer structure and has the advantages of excellent waterproofness, fire resistance, tensile strength and elongation at break. When being used as mulching film, the dry farming agricultural district biological fully-degradable material can achieve excellent temperature regulation and water retention effects and is easily degradable; the problem that degradation rates of parts of conventional degradable mulching film available in the market are different can be effectively solved.
