electric discharge lamp is arranged in the printer, and the
photoelectric effect of the photosensitive drum is utilized, so that after the potential on the surface of the photosensitive drum after
transfer printing is cleared and the residual potential is eliminated, waste carbon powder can be well absorbed by the developing roller, and the problem of residual images on printing paper is reduced. The
residual carbon powder on the photosensitive drum can be directly rotated back to the developing roller and recovered to the powder bin, so that the problems of large occupied space, high cost and non-environment-friendly waste powder treatment of a waste powder bin are solved.
