The present invention relates to a

damper with the presettable initial stiffness. The
helical compression spring
damper with the presettable initial stiffness is characterized in that a guide sleeve is further internally provided with a
counter pressure device which comprises more than three preloaded wire ropes,
wire rope turning components having the same number with the preloaded wire ropes, and a floating
counter pressure steel plate, wherein the preloaded wire ropes are distributed in a center hole of a cylindrical
helical compression spring in a fold line state, one end of each preloaded
wire rope is symmetrically fixed on the floating
counter pressure steel plate by winding the axis of the guide sleeve, and the other end of each preloaded
wire rope turns back after penetrating and winding the oppose wire
rope turning component, and then penetrates the floating counter pressure steel plate alongside the
fixation point, on the floating counter pressure steel plate, of the wire
rope turning component, to be fixed to a second end cover; and the preloaded wire ropes are tensioned to the tension required for the presettable initial stiffness, so that the helical compression spring
damper is always clamped between a drive member and the floating counter pressure steel plate.
