According to the invention, through the matched use of the valve core and the spring, the throttling and damping degree of the damping valve changes along with the pressure change at any end of the valve body, and the valve core is at the dynamic balanced state constantly; and through the setting of pre-compression amount of the spring, the pressure sensitivity of the damping valve within different ranges is realized, and the damping valve can adapt to the load pressure changes of all working conditions.
