A patient controlled liquid drug administration device is provided that enables either or both of a continuous flow of a liquid drug, as well as successive, large-volume boluses thereof, to be self-administered to and by a patient while avoiding bolus refill during bolus delivery or after bolus delivery but before an intake stroke of the pump occurs. The pump includes an inlet port that is connectable to a source of a pressurized liquid drug by an inlet conduit, and an outlet port subcutaneously connectable to the patient by an outlet conduit, both conduits extending out the bottom end of the housing. An outlet clamp is mounted in the cavity to move between a closed position constricting the outlet conduit of the pump, thereby preventing the flow of the liquid drug through the outlet conduit, and an open position. An inlet clamp is mounted in the cavity to move between a closed position constricting the inlet conduit and thereby preventing the flow of liquid through it, and an open position disengaged from the inlet conduit, thereby allowing the flow of liquid through it.

When outside forces act on a push-pull rod of the piston 3 or a pump body 5 respectively or at the same time, and the piston 4 makes coaxial vertical and relative movement inside a pump cylinder 6, positive and negative pressure is produced on both sides of the piston 4 at the same time. An inlet column valve 7 and an outlet ball valve 11 are pressed simultaneously along with pressure conduction, and move axially from the direction of the positive pressure to the direction of the negative pressure inside the valve base. The liquid inside the pump cylinder 6 sprays towards the outlet due to the positive pressure. The negative pressure inside the pump cylinder 6 forms vacuum to suck the liquid outside the pump, so that the liquid piston pump can realize dual-stoke synchronous spray and suction.

The oxygenation filter system is small in occupied area and simple to operate, does not need to clean the filter layer after shutdown, and provides favorable conditions for removing COD, ammonia nitrogen and TN (total nitrogen).

The control circuit is used for controlling the first switch tube and the second switch tube, so that current flowing through the inductance component is reduced to zero before finishing time of at least one of the first switch period. By controlling the first switch tube and the second switch tube in the first bridge arm, the current flowing through the inductance component is reduced to zero before the finishing time of at least one of the first switch period, and accordingly, on-state loss of the power converter can be reduced since the power converter can work in the DCM (direct current main) mode within part of first switch periods, and work efficiency is improved.

The method is as follows: after a first external control signal is received, the duty ratio / frequency is reduced to a first value; after special time interval, when the time-delay signal of the first external control signal is received, non-duty ratio or frequency output is controlled so as to realize soft-off. The invention can solve the output rebound and output energy recirculation of the prior art, thus realizing the shutdown pre-bias.

The wide-voltage power supply control circuit has quick reverse current switching-off capability, and the switching-off time is not longer than 500ns, thereby effectively preventing backflow of load energy to the power supply input end or interference between the two input power supplies. Smooth switching between the two input power supplies can be realized, no oscillation occurs in the switching process.
