An internal carbon source is accumulated in an anaerobic stage in an AOA reactor, then nitration reaction is executed in an aerobic zone, the internal carbon source accumulated in the anaerobic stage and a carbon source produced through sludge fermentation in an anoxic zone and a secondary sedimentation tank are utilized in an anoxic stage to achieve denitrified advanced nitrogen removal. A nitrification starting stage is an active nitrification enhancing stage, and the higher ammonium-nitrogen removal rate is finally achieved by increasing inflow water ammonium and nitrogen and increasing the volume of the aerobic zone. At the nitrification starting stage, part of aerobic zone is converted into the anoxic zone, the aerobiotic and anoxic proportion of the reactor is increased, the endogenous denitrification and sludge fermentation effects are improved, and the total nitrogen removal rate is improved. At a stable operation stage, inflow water ammonium and nitrogen are increased, the inflow water ammonium-nitrogen ratio is reduced, and the reactor still maintains higher total nitrogen removal rate. An additional carbon source is not needed, and the aerobic zone is small involume during stable operation.
