Abstract

Each household electrical appliance comprises a wireless module in order to constitute star topology wireless sub network composed of multiple sub nodes, which can communicate with central node directly. Each sub node can be setup at two working modes: normal or sleep. Sub node in normal mode receives command from central node, working in two states: transmitting and receiving. Sub node in sleep mode works only in low power consumption at receiving state. Central node sends beacon message packet to sub node to establish time coordinate, and points out a start up time of next beacon message. Sub node in sleep mode only monitors beacon message from central node. When information is relevant to own, mode is switched to normal. After executing command, transmitting command or data to central node, the sub node is returned back to sleep mode again. The invention controls working state of sub node and central node reasonably so as to save electricity and prolong service life of battery.
