Abstract

A positioning arc-shaped long groove on the turning cam is fixed on the fixed groove wheel through nuts and bolts. The counter pin penetrates through the cam groove on the turning cam and the long groove of the fixed groove wheel and is fixedly connected with the slider. The clamp claw is fixedly connected with the front end of the slider; the press plate is arranged on the turning cam, is rotationally connected with a stand at one end, and positioned and clamped by a clamp rack at the other end; and the handle is fixedly connected with the side surface of the turning cam. The device has simple and reliable structure, low production cost, and convenient, fast, safe and reliable operation. By adopting mechanical manner, the invention can reduce the average time for disconnecting integrated relay block from a plastic housing to five seconds, and the production efficiency is improved by one decade times.
