Abstract

The invention relates to a rotating actuator comprising a rotatably mounted control stick (3) and a rotary knob (1) which is connected thereto, in addition to a device for generating a haptic perception when rotating the rotary knob (1). Said device is provided in the form of a mechanical detent and comprises a detent curve (6) and at least one detent element (5, 5') which engages in the detent curve (6). The invention is characterised in that the haptic perception generating device is assigned to an actuating device which is driven by an electromotor (8), by means of which the haptic perception generating device can be subsequently rotated by operating the electromotor (8) of the rotary knob (1) which is connected thereto by means of the control stick (3).
