Embodiment Construction

[0042] [42] FIG. 1 schematically shows a shutdown RRA cooling circuit of a pressurized water nuclear reactor, which circuit is connected to the main circuit 14 of the nuclear reactor, and the pressurized water constituting the primary cooling fluid of the nuclear reactor flows in the main circuit 14 .

[0043] [43] The main loop 14 of the nuclear reactor includes several loops, and there is a main pump and a steam generator in each loop to make the first fluid flow, and the pressure vessel of the nuclear reactor is connected with the pump and the steam generator. The core is located in the pressure vessel of the reactor. The main loop of a pressurized water nuclear reactor generally includes three or four loops.

[0044] [44] The circuit RRA1 shown in Fig. 1 is connected with two hot branches of the main circuit 14, that is, two heated main waters guaranteed to be in contact with the core are transferred to a steam generator through the extraction lines 2a, 2b, and some cut-of...

Abstract

The invention relates to a T-shaped pipefitting element (10) comprising a main tubular branch (10a) having a first end for the connection thereof to a first pipefitting section (7) and a second end for the connection thereof to a second pipefitting section (6), a lateral branch (10b) having an axis which is at an angle to the axis of the main branch (10a), and a free end for connecting to a third pipefitting section (8) of the auxiliary circuit (1). The first, second, and third pipefitting sections (6,7,8) of the auxiliary circuit each ensure a different function to the two other sections, that is either the supply of the pipefitting element (10) with a first fluid at a high temperature, the supply of a second fluid to the pipefitting element (10), at a lower temperature than that of the first fluid, or the discharge of a mixture of the first and second fluids. The pipefittings (6,7,8) of the auxiliary circuit of the pressurised water nuclear reactor consist of austenitic stainless steel. The T-shaped pipefitting (10) consists of stainless martensitic steel with improved thermal endurance properties.

Description

technical field [0001] [01] The present invention relates to a T-shaped tube element for a pressurized water cooled nuclear reactor auxiliary circuit, a connection element comprising the T-shaped tube element and a method for installing or replacing the T-shaped tube element in a nuclear reactor auxiliary circuit. Background technique [0002] [02] A pressurized water cooled nuclear reactor includes a main circuit or primary circuit in which the high-pressure cooling water of a nuclear reactor flows and some auxiliary circuits connected with the first circuit, and these auxiliary circuits are used to realize different functions during the operation or shutdown of the nuclear reactor . [0003] [03] In particular, pressurized water-cooled nuclear reactors include an auxiliary cooling circuit called RRA, which is used to cool and cool the cooling water in the primary circuit of the nuclear reactor during a procedural shutdown of the reactor, such as refueling assemblies or whe...
